Join us for an immersive 3-day experience designed to build confidence, explore exciting embroidery techniques, and create beautiful finished projects you’ll be proud to take home.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through three main embroidery projects and two Mini Makes while learning how to get the most from your embroidery machine.

No machine? No problem—we have select BERNINA machines available for use.

Includes all supplies, instruction, all designs, lite bites and welcome bag.
Schedule Overview
Friday Evening – 5:30–8:00 PM
Welcome, light refreshments, machine setup, embroidery fundamentals, and project overview. All campers receive their welcome bags.
Saturday – Full Day
Continental breakfast, two main projects, Mini Make, and open lunch break (1 hour)
Sunday – Full Day
Continental breakfast, final project, Mini Make, and graduation celebration

our cancellation policy before registering.
- Full payment is required to reserve your seat.
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the first day of Hoop Camp will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before Hoop Camp will receive store credit for the registration fee, less the $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable, as materials have been ordered and prepared specifically for you.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with prior approval from North Shore Quilting & Fiber Art.
- If North Shore Quilting & Fiber Art must cancel Hoop Camp for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future Hoop Camp.
- Participants are responsible for bringing the required machine, embroidery module, hoops, and supplies listed in the supply guide. Please ensure your machine is in good working order before arriving.
Because Hoop Camp is an immersive, project-based experience, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed days or partial attendance.
