Shipping Policy
At North Shore Quilting, we take great care in packing and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, North Shore Quilting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. This includes packages left at mailboxes, front doors, porches, or other delivery locations.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

Checking around your delivery area and with neighbors

Contacting your local post office or delivery carrier to open a case and request assistance in locating your package
We are happy to provide any tracking details needed to help you work with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. North Shore Quilting is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
