When you buy a BERNINA machine from North Shore Quilting we dedicate ourselves to making sure that your purchase is a lifetime event with exceptional service and support throughout the duration of your ownership. There is nothing more important than the ability to experience what your new machine can do and how to use your machines many features. This is what you will learn during our BERNINA series of Mastery Guide Classes.

Please choose a series that best meets your schedule. You must Register for these classes, they are free to you if you purchased your machine from NSQ, please give the shop a call so we can add you to the class. If you did not purchase your machine from NSQ there is a small fee you are welcome to join our classes. 

  You can repeat Mastery as you feel the need and upon availability. Need additional help please let us know.
