Join us for the next installment of Run with Barb & Scissors, where we’ll create the beautiful Wild & Free Table Runner while focusing on the classic Flying Geese block technique.

In this class, you’ll learn how to construct accurate Flying Geese units and gain tips for achieving crisp points and consistent piecing. Barb will guide you through the process step-by-step while sharing helpful quilting tricks along the way. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills and confidence to incorporate Flying Geese blocks into future quilt projects.

This project makes a striking table runner and is a great opportunity to practice precision piecing in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your piecing skills or simply enjoy a creative sewing session, Run with Barb & Scissors is always a great time.

Students should already be comfortable operating a sewing machine independently, including basic sewing and threading. While we will make significant progress during class, completion of the project during the class session is not guaranteed, as sewing speeds and experience levels vary. The primary goal of the class is to learn and practice the Flying Geese technique so students can confidently finish the project at home.
