North Shore Quilting welcomes returns within 30 days of purchase. Some exclusions may apply.* Original sales receipt, product in original packaging must be relinquished to receive a refund. Refunds will be distributed via the original payment method.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*There are NO returns on BERNINA and bernette accessories, patterns, books, software, and fabric.
Machines may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
