North Shore Quilting is growing, and we’re looking to add a Part-Time Sewing Machine Service Technician to our team!

We specialize in servicing and maintaining domestic sewing machines, and this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning a specialized skill.

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic maintenance and service on domestic sewing machines

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues

• Assist with machine intake and customer communication as needed

• Keep work area organized and tools maintained

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks and record keeping

• Willingness to learn—on-the-job training provided

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Experience with sewing machines is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Position Details

• Part-time position

• Hourly rate based on experience

• No weekends required
