Ready to add another bag to your sewing repertoire? Join us for the Rambler Bag! This fun and practical bag is a great next step for sewists who have made a bag or two and are ready to try something a little more involved.

This class is designed for the advanced beginner and is not recommended as your first-ever bag project. You should be comfortable using your sewing machine and have a basic understanding of sewing and construction techniques.

Before Class

Students are responsible for purchasing their Rambler Bag pattern packet and selecting their fabric and supplies based on the pattern's recommendations. We encourage you to purchase your pattern and review the supply list before class so you can come ready to sew!

Bring Your Sewing Machine

Please bring your sewing machine in good working order and make sure you're comfortable operating it. Don't forget your power cord, foot pedal, and any machine accessories you'll need for the project.

If you have questions about your machine or supplies before class, we're happy to help whenever we can!

A Few Class Notes

North Shore Quilting's regular class policies apply. Please bring all required supplies and materials with you unless otherwise noted.

Our classes are designed to give you the instruction, techniques, and guidance you need to successfully complete your project. Depending on your sewing pace and experience, finishing the entire bag during class is not guaranteed — but you'll leave with the skills and confidence to keep going!
