BERNINA Owner’s Class: Pintuck Fun

Let’s have some fun with October’s Foot of the Month: Pintucks! In this hands-on BERNINA Owner’s Club class, we’ll explore the creative possibilities of pintucks and learn how to turn simple stitched lines into beautiful texture and dimension.

We’ll practice different pintuck sizes and spacing and experiment with a variety of embellishment techniques to see how you can take your pintucks from simple to spectacular. This is a great opportunity to play, experiment, and discover new ways to use your BERNINA for decorative sewing.

What to Bring

• Your BERNINA sewing machine and power cord/foot control

• Any of the four BERNINA Pintuck Feet you own (30,31,32,33) — if you don’t have them, North Shore Quilting will have feet available to borrow

• A seam guide, if you have one

• Your usual basic sewing supplies

North Shore Quilting will provide the decorative threads and twin needles you’ll need for class.

Come ready to stitch, experiment, and have some fun creating beautiful pintuck textures!

BERNINA Owner’s Club Members: This class is FREE of charge for North Shore Quilting BERNINA Owner’s Club members. Non-members may register for the BERNINA Owner's Club for the applicable  fee.

Class projects may not be completed during class depending on individual sewing speed and experience.
